We reserve the right to refuse the sale of a puppy at any time for any reason. To reserve an available puppy from a current litter, a non-refundable deposit of $500 is required. The deposit is deducted from the final cost of the puppy. No puppy will be held at any time without a deposit. The deposit is non-refundable should you change your mind for any reason or decide not to follow through and get the puppy. **Please note that after a litter is born and we contact you via email about choosing a puppy, if you do not respond within 48 hours of the first sent email your waitlist deposit will be forfeited as well as your spot on the picklist. Puppies range in price from $2,500 -$3,000. Puppies come with a 24-month health guarantee for genetic diseases. All puppies are sold as pet-only/limited registration with a strict spay/neuter contract. We accept payment through Venmo, Zelle, or cash. Puppies must be paid for in full on or before they reach 8 weeks old. We do not allow a puppy to leave our care until full payment has been made. If the puppy is not paid for by the time they reach 8 weeks of age, all fees paid are forfeit and we reserve the right to offer the puppy to another party. All puppies are ready to go home at eight weeks old. They will have their Vet health records, dewclaws and tails docked, initial vaccinations and deworming schedule based on age. Each litter will be assigned a one-week pickup window during which puppies must be picked up by their new families. We will not hold puppies longer than the assigned pickup window. If the puppy has not been picked up by nine weeks of age, the buyer forfeits all rights to the puppy and all fees paid. Puppies go home with all their paperwork, a toy, blanket with mom's comforting scent and some of their food to get you started. We do our best to estimate the size and weight of our puppies but cannot guarantee how big they will get.
